Tom was awesome! Very attentive and friendly, we went the extra mile for every situation that we faced while staying at the property. He is a very nice and genuine person and ensures that everything is OK for you!

The rooms were exceptional and very clean. Tom was AMAZING, answering every question or query, organising trips for us and went to every length to satisfy our stay. 100% recommend. The location is also perfect!

Home away from Home

Tom and Molika are excellent hosts! Communication was amazing! I received a very warm welcome, and I felt completely safe and part of the Las Palmas family during my whole stay. I really didn’t want to leave, and I hope to be back soon! Since I was there during hurricane season and we had a couple of pretty intense storms with a lot of rain, a bit of water leaked into my room at one point, and that was taken care of immediately, literally. The breakfasts and the smoothies are deliciously addictive, and the service here is excellent as well. Hanging out in the kitchen and cooking cozy meals together was part of my experience, which made me feel even more at home. Missing everybody!

Hidden gem!

I had a great stay at Las Palmas Maya. Tom was the most accommodating host who went out of his way to make sure our stay was comfortable. All the staff was very friendly they kept the place super clean and the location was great steps away to the beach and walking distance to all the best bars! Also was one of the few properties on the beach with good WiFi. I’ll deff be back!

Amazing with Great Hospitality!

Very close to all of the restaurants & places we wanted to go too. The price for location was great & staff was amazing. They coordinated private xfers for us to go to the cenotes and responded immediatly to all of our questions.

Location was good could walk to most of the best restaurants. Beach was just across road. Tom was awesome helped out with things to see. We were only there for the weekend will return in future for sure

The noise next door and the septic tank smell from next door but it’s Mexico and this smell isn’t unusual in a lot of Mexico the noise is a club.

Perfect location

Like all the other reviews here, Tom was great! Quick communication and super helpful. The place is super clean and had everything we needed. Complimentary coffee in the morning and drinking water! The restaurant on the beach right across the street, which we had access to, made the hotel feel like it was beachfront without the high price. Wifi and AC worked great! Short walk to the party but far enough that it was quiet at night. Will book this place every visit!

Good location and value of money

The owner is lovely, gave us a lot of advices from the area, we had a pet and we could bring with us. The hotel is very well located, across the road from the beach and restaurants, surrounded by shops. Our room was very clean and nice.

All the hotels by the beach (not only this one) use the water from the cenote, it’s very good for your skin but taste a bit salty...
